Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School. She has more than 20 years experience in the development and commercialization of medical and industrial products. Lynn has led development efforts on various medical products including a coagulation monitoring device, a sterility assurance database management system, ventricular assist devices and cardiopulmonary bypass machines.

Lynn co-led the launch of the R&D Special Interest Group for Minnesota’s LifeScience Alley, previously served on the Advamed advisory board on software development and is a frequent presenter on project management and software development topics. She was named one of 100 Notable People in the Medical Device Industry by Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry Magazine in 2004, and was the honored by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2008, being named one of 25 women industry leaders in the Twin Cities. Lynn joined Minnetronix in 1998.
