Minnetronix welcomed Joe Renzetti as Chief Operating Officer in July 2010.

Joe brings over 20 years of diverse leadership experience to the Minnetronix team. He began his career as an aviation officer in the U.S. Army where he served for six years. Prior to joining Minnetronix, Joe was president of Adalis Corporation; and prior to that, president of Specialty Construction Brands. In leading these businesses, he focused on team building, strategy development and execution, and brand management. Under the operations sector, Joe has a proven track record to drive productivity gains through the development and implementation of new processes. While in corporate development, he executed numerous acquisitions and divestments. He is a co-inventor of two patents for RFID in packaging and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Joe received a Master’s of Science in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management; and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.

In his free time, Joe likes to spend time with his family, read books on American history and run. Recently he has taken up the electric guitar.
