ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 2005--St. Paul-based Minnetronix,
a medical device contract design and manufacturing company, broke ground
today on a new 23,600-square-foot addition to its facility at 1635 Energy
Park Drive. The construction project will more than double the current
facility size, enabling the company to expand operations, better serve
customers and add quality jobs in St. Paul. The expansion is expected to
be completed by July 2006.

Minnetronix was established in 1996 when Richard Nazarian, Jonathan
Pierce and Dirk Smith left 3M to start a medical device-focused engineering
company, adding manufacturing capabilities the next year. Nine years
