Minnetronix, Inc. Names Diane Richard Director of Human Resources

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Minnetronix, Inc., a St. Paul-based medical device design and manufacturing firm, announced that Diane Richard has joined the company as director of human resources. Richard, who earned her executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas, most recently served as director of human resources at the Ordway Center in St. Paul. Diane’s background consists of budgeting and finance, including seven years as a budget analyst in the design department at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

When asked about her switch from fine arts to the medical device industry, Diane stated, “I see arts and sciences as two sides of the same coin. Minnetronix is a very creative organization, specifically when it comes to innovation. I’m looking forward to translating my past experiences into Minnetronix’ unique environment.”
