Who We Are

Minnetronix, a Minnesota-based company, was founded on the premise that if you gather smart, motivated people together and put them in a flexible and creative environment, good things will happen.

And good things are happening.

Minnetronix has assembled a group of experienced, highly skilled, and innovative people who are developing and building a wide range of innovative medical products for customers across the United States. Founded in 1996 by three former 3M engineers with no outside investors and no substantial debt, Minnetronix has grown to over 130 employees in 12 years, and continues to grow and expand.

Vision
Minnetronix' founders shared a three-fold vision:

  • A view that there was substantial demand for creative and innovative engineering services.
  • A philosophy that a close-knit relationship between engineering and manufacturing was critical to the long-term success of any medical product.
  • A belief that highly skilled employees were the most important resource of any firm, and would be the cornerstones of the company's foundation.

This vision has enabled Minnetronix to successfully integrate design and manufacturing while adhering to ISO and FDA quality standards. That success and the employee-centered working environment are proving to be an effective and rewarding combination for the talented people we employ.
