Minnetronix welcomed Diane Richard as Director of Human Resources in May 2008. Prior to Minnetronix, she served as Director of Human Resources at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in St. Paul.
Diane brings ten years of HR/administration experience in for-profit, non-profit, union and government environments, including work with closed captioning, tour operation and museum services. She first worked with engineers at Honeywell, Inc. as a copy editor in the early 1980s.
Diane earned her executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and her Bachelor degree in English from the University of Minnesota.
Diane lived for three years in Paris, France, where she hopes to one day retire.
