Social Responsibility
We believe that most people who choose to work in the medical device field do so with a desire to help humankind. In addition to the inherent rewards and satisfaction we achieve
through our daily activities, Minnetronix encourages involvement with the community, charities, local businesses, education, and local recruitment.
Employee Support
Minnetronix has flexible work scheduling policies in
place, and we encourage our employees to schedule their time at work around
their important family and community activities. We have a deep appreciation
and consideration for family values. Our employees coach local basketball,
soccer and baseball teams, are Girl Scout and Boy Scout leaders, work closely
with their churches, and chair non-profit boards. Occasionally
they take a piece of their work to their children's schools for "show
and tell". Our employees' children
are often seen at work during school breaks, and school
holidays.

Charitable Donations
Minnetronix supports many charities and encourages employee participation in charitable events. Over the past several years, Minnetronix has contributed to many charities, including
Sharing and Caring Hands, Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's Home for Children, The Ronald McDonald House, Second Harvest Heartland, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, Leukemia
Society of America, and others. Also, we often donate cash to charities in memory of an employee's family member.
Employees who spearhead these efforts often do so on their own accord, during work hours, and on company time. They do so without having to ask permission and with the confidence
that it is acceptable at all levels of the organization.

Local Business Support
From a business perspective, we help the community develop by buying supplies and services from local businesses. In addition, we invest in and partner with local start-up
companies in various business ventures. We continually seek new vendors that share the same ideals as Minnetronix. This includes structure, innovation, and turn-around time
We should also note that we are sponsors of our popular neighbors to the west, the St. Paul Saints (the local baseball team), since we agree with their slogan that Fun is Good!

University Support
Since 2001, Minnetronix has been a sponsor of the Design of Medical Devices Conference at the University of Minnesota.
Additionally, we often discuss technology transfer opportunities with companies that are being formed as start-ups using technology developed at the University of Minnesota.

Employee Base
Minnetronix advertises locally for positions that we have available. This includes neighborhood papers, the universities and colleges, as well as the large metro newspapers. Hiring from
the local talent pool has helped make Minnetronix a success.
